Sample Menus

The Cuisine that we provide at every banquet or feast is individually tailored to our client’s request, depending on the event that they need us for.

We have provided two sample menus below:


The first is an example of a high-quality, three course meal that we can provide your or our guests:

Menu one – table service

  • Sweet Pumpkin & Parsnip Soup (v)
  • Smoked Salmon &  Prawn roulade on a bed of rocket with Scottish oatcakes
  • Highlander Chicken – Chicken stuffed with Cockburn’s haggis accompanied by a Drambuie glaze
  • Slow Cooked Pork Belly In a Apple cider  & thyme Jus
  • Boiled butter glazed potatoes, Honey glazed carrots, French buttered green beans
  • A trio of mini desserts


The second menu allows us to provide a buffet style banquet, providing your guests with the complete rustic experience:

Menu two – banquet style

  • Slow cooked pork belly, Rack of ribs, Chicken thighs, Roast sirloin of beef, Dressed salmon, (v) Nut roast.
  • A selection of cold salads
  • Hot potatoes and a selection of seasonal vegetables
  • A mixed dessert platter
